Assessment Fee

Autism Assessment              £1,650

​

To include: developmental history appointment, ADOS-2 appointment, gathering information from questionnaires, detailed feedback appointment and report with recommendations. A senior/principal clinical psychologist and highly specialist speech and language therapist will be involved in each assessment. We require a 30% deposit prior to the first appointment, and the final payment before the final feedback appointment.

ADHD Assessment                £1,350

To include: developmental history appointment, DIVA, QBCheck and/or school observation, gathering information from questionnaires, detailed feedback appointment and report with recommendations. A senior/principal clinical psychologist and highly specialist speech and language therapist will be involved in each assessment. We require a 30% deposit prior to the first appointment, and the final payment before the final feedback appointment.

Combined Autism and ADHD Assessment.        £1,950

A senior/principal clinical psychologist and highly specialist speech and language therapist will be involved in each assessment. We require a 30% deposit prior to the first appointment, and the final payment before the final feedback appointment.

Mileage costs are 45p per mile from our base in S7. If you are less than 5 miles from our base there is no mileage fee. Travel time of £50 per hour is added on if you live more than an hour away from our base.
