At Umbrella Assessment and Therapy, we want to ensure that autistic or neurodivergent people feel understood and receive the support they need. We work in partnership with some incredible services in South Yorkshire. Derbyshire, Greater Manchester and surrounding areas that we can sign post you to after your assessment.

The Counselling and Therapy Hub CIC

 

The Counselling and Therapy Hub CIC is a neurodivergent-led counselling and support service based in Sheffield.

They support adults exploring ADHD and autism, those newly diagnosed, and parents and carers navigating diagnosis within their family. Their work focuses on helping people understand their neurodivergence, make sense of their experiences, and develop practical ways to move forward.

Their counsellors include neurodivergent practitioners, combining professional training with lived experience.

They support:

  • Adults newly diagnosed with ADHD or autism

  • People exploring neurodivergence later in life

  • Parents and carers adjusting to a child or loved one’s diagnosis

  • Partners and families adapting to new understanding

  • Individuals experiencing burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, or self-confidence difficulties
